Disaster Alerts: American Red Cross Client Casework Begins in Mississippi

MISSISSIPPI -Teams of Red Cross caseworkers are canvassing the tornado-damaged neighborhoods across Mississippi. The caseworkers meet with the affected families to assist with their storm-caused needs.

Client casework involves gathering information from clients to determine how to best help the families move forward after experiencing this disaster. The teams will be in the affected areas over the next several days.
