Wisconsin – Rain and thunderstorms produced flash floods in Pepin County on Friday that affected about 20 homes. Chippewa Valley Chapter provided mass care canteen services and clean up kits to the affected
area.

Louisiana – Heavy rainfall, straight-line winds and a tornado caused flooded roads, power outages and damaged the homes of hundreds of residents throughout the state last Friday night. The Red Cross deployed a Disaster Action Team, provided bulk distribution of clean up kits and emergency assistance to disaster victims. A shelter was opened and we provided canteening for emergency responders.

Florida – A storm dumped 10 inches of rain across Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa, Walton, and Holmes Counties, causing homes to flood. A Disaster Action Team (DAT) was deployed, a shelter was opened, and clean up kits were distributed to affected residents.
