Florida – Torrential rain in Franklin County affected a number of homes and resulted in the closure of portions of Highway 98. The Capital Area Chapter delivered clean up kits to the affected residents. Shelter needs are being evaluated on an on-going basis.

Disaster Alert
Pennsylvania– Severe Storms in Franklin County damaged buildings and blew off the roof of an apartment building yesterday. The Franklin County chapter opened a shelter and provided help to fifteen overnight residents. Disaster Mental Health (DMH) and Health Services personnel were present at the shelter. The chapter will continue to provide Disaster Assessment.
