The feed on TV for the Red Cross Haiti relief has the phone number that when I called is in Spanish. It is confusing for those of us who don’tspeak Spanish, I hit one since I figured that might take me somewhere I could understand and it did. What about those who might be confused though? I think you might be missing out on some donations.Time is of the essence.Maybe two numbers displayed would be better?
