I would like to inform you that your information is incorrect. The fires did not start August 22. They began April 22. Slight miscommunication. Sorry for the mistake. Thanks.

Can you tell me if the Hail Storm that hit the Charlotte, Mi Area in july of 2008 was concidered a disaster of any kind. Your responce would be greatly appriciated. Pam 517-242-5375 or 517-543-1495

I am looking for my oldest brother, Rudolfo Uriarte Jr. , he was last seen in the philippine island of BAcolod, and he has been lost since then (1995. His birthday is Nov. 9, 1961. he is a Spanish citizen and Filipino. His mother’s name is olga and his father is rudolfo uriarte. Is there a way for the Red Cross to help find him? is there a red cross in the philippine islands?
