North Carolina and South Carolina – A storm with heavy rain and snow caused localized flooding and landslides that threatened homes within the western portions of the states on Thursday.
Chapters within the region activated and staffed the Regional Disaster Coordination Team, worked with Emergency Management and conducted call downs to identify human and material resources in order to respond to request for assistance.
