New Jersey – A freight train derailed, spilled a highly poisonous and flammable substance into a local river that prompted the evacuation of residents in Gloucester County on Friday.
The South Jersey Chapter deployed team members, communicated with train company as well as emergency personnel, opened a comfort station and provided Mass Care.
