PA Governor Tom Corbett asks citizens to make a financial donation to the American Red Cross. He says the relief efforts would not be possible without the Red Cross. Corbett is with American Red Cross Southeastern PA CEO Judge Renee Cardwell Hughes inside Palisades High School in Bucks County, PA.
