Maryland – Twenty one cars of an eighty car CSX coal train derailed off a bridge in Old Ellicott City in yesterday killing two people on the ground.
The Central Maryland Chapter offered assistance to the local government but was declined; chapter stands ready to provide services if requested.
The Disaster Operations Center contacted the National Transportation and Safety Board.
