California – The Banner Fire consumed over 1,200 acres in San Diego County, threatened homes and prompted the evacuation of scores of residents within the affected area on Thursday.
The San Diego Imperial Counties chapter deployed Disaster Action Team members, opened a shelter, provided Mass Care and staffed the County Emergency Operations Center.
