California – A small plane crashed into a residential neighborhood in Los Angeles County, hit power lines and caused widespread power outages on Monday.
The ARC of Greater Los Angeles chapter deployed a liaison to the local incident command post and placed Disaster Action Team members on standby should additional support be necessary.
