Tennessee – A large fire at a mulch facility created large plumes of smoke that reduced air quality in Knox County and prompted the evacuation of residents within the affected area on Monday.
Disaster Action Team members from the Knoxville Area chapter communicated with local government agencies, opened a shelter and provided canteen services for emergency responders.
