Disaster Alert

West Virginia – Heavy rain caused flooding in McDowell County blocking roads and possibly affecting some homes. There is the possibility of having to evacuate a trailer park.

McDowell County Emergency Operations Center (EOC) is open.

The Central West Virginia Chapter plans to put a shelter on standby.

The County EOC is staffed with a chapter representative
