New York – The winter storm continued to affect the state with gusty winds and heavy snow that caused hazardous road conditions, downed trees as well as power lines. As of 10 am Sunday the FEMA report stated there were 263,155 customers without power. A States of Emergency was declared.

New York Chapters deployed Disaster Action Teams, opened 10 shelters, supported others and provided assistance as needed to victims of the storm.
