Texas – Wildfires destroyed thousands of acres, dozens of homes and caused the evacuation of thousands of residents across several portions of the state on Sunday.
The chapters within the Fort Worth and El Paso Regions conducted call downs to identify available human and material resources. Chapters continue to monitor the situation.
Disaster Action Team members from the Texas Panhandle Chapter opened a shelter, supported another, provided Mass Care to evacuees and emergency responders.
