Passengers on flights to the Virgin Islands were stranded at the Luis Muñoz Marín airport in Puerto Rico as measure of security because Hurricane Earl. The American Red Cross Puerto Rico Chapter was there to provide monetary assistance, comfort kits, and mental health services.
